Casa Nautilus, the very name evoking exotic mystique, received international attention and prestige by being selected as the cover property for both the August 2003 and October 2003 Spanish language edition of Architectural Digest. In the January 2004 AD 100 issue, architect Alex Pössenbacher was selected as one of the world’s top 100 architects and designers, with Casa Nautilus featured as the example of his work.
Situated in the exclusive and world-renowned coastal resort of Costa Careyes on Mexico’s Pacific coast, this extraordinary property harmoniously blends the earth elements with a marine horizon.
